Tina Oliver is awesome! A few months ago, my sister and I made the tough decision to sell our family home of over fifty years as both of us live out of the city, and have done so for many years. Thus, it was difficult to be available to do the general maintenance of the home in preparation to sell. Tina was there to the rescue!  Tina went above and beyond for us.

Tina’s energy, eye for design, and problem solving skills make her a true pleasure to work with and be around.

We listed our house just as the Vancouver real estate market took a dip down.  All around the west side houses sat on the market for unexpectedly long times.  Working with Tina Oliver made our house the exception to the rule.  Tina’s real estate knowledge is complemented by her previous career in marketing and communications:

a winning combination for her clients.  She also has a very impressive list of contacts in every industry that a house seller might need to access, from someone to fix a broken floor board to a qualified notary public.  Tina’s energy, eye for design, and problem solving skills make her a true pleasure to work with and be around.

Recent Solds

As soon as Tina Oliver came on as our Realtor, we felt supported and hopeful.

The death of a parent is one of the most stressful times that we go through in our lives. But when we lose the last surviving parent, the shift can be earth shattering. Sibling relationships are tested and the child within us becomes untethered. For some of us, it is the first time we are ever truly alone, making decisions on our own with no wise council form the source we have counted on our entire lives.

While settling our father’s estate we had to sell a revenue property that our parents bought 30 years before. There was a difficult tenant in place who was errant on his rent and had the house in a shambles. As soon as Tina Oliver came on as our Realtor, we felt supported and hopeful.
She was thorough, honest and calm in a sea of uncertainty.

She walked us through every step of the preparation and quick sale with grace, intelligence and humour. Every person that she touched in the process of the sale of this property was dealt with in a professional, efficient and warm manner. We entertained multiple offers with crazy timelines but nobody lost their cool as we dealt with one issue at a time to reach a positive outcome.

In my past real estate dealings it struck me how emotional it can be prepping and selling a house, not to mention buying one. But in this case, even while mourning the death of a loved one, Tina made the process such a positive one. She truly helped us move through all the hoops necessary in a timely, professional, supported manner. For that, I will always be truly thankful.

When my mother-in-law passed away, my husband and I turned to Tina Oliver to sell her condominium in Dunbar. This was a difficult decision for us to make and fraught with emotion, and we will always be grateful to Tina Oliver for the patience, understanding and professionalism she demonstrated to us during this time. Despite many obstacles, including not being able to hold open houses,

Tina managed to sell the apartment in record time at more than our expected price. She often went over and above the call of duty, helping us with cleaning, staging and moving.  Her expertise combined with her empathy and kindness will not be forgotten, which is why I always recommend Tina to friends and family who want to work with someone they can trust implicitly in the heady world of Real Estate.
